quiet leafy location, spacious corridors, large functioning shower
The balcony door didn't have a lock, making it an unsafe situation!!! Inconsistent electricity power causing lift outages was very inconvenient!!! Neither the hallway fragrance nor the surface-level décor can mask cleanliness issues!!!

The location is perfect, with many restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The staff was extremely helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The Deluxe Single Room was cozy and well-kept, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed. A special shoutout to Minna for her great housekeeping!

Here's my take on it
Amazing experience in the heart of Zamalek! The spacious room gave a stunning Nile view and the friendly staff, especially Mohamed, went above and beyond to assist. The restaurant offered delicious late-night room service, and the breakfast team served mouthwatering meals. Highly recommend!

the hotel has a awful location with congested streets and noisy schools. after waiting an hour for my room, I still had no hot water, which was just inconvenient. I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but this hotel didn't seem to care about their guests at all, shame!

I really loved the breathtaking view from my balcony and the delicious made-to-order eggs at breakfast—such a nice start to each day! The wellness center and sauna were perfect for unwinding after exploring. The only minor hiccup was that my room faced another building, so I had to keep the blinds shut, but it didn't dampen my stay at all. 😊

The rooms were clean and had a nice safe for my valuables, which gave me peace of mind! The breakfast was generous — I really enjoyed the freshly made food every morning, especially the large and fluffy towels after a hot shower.
It wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it felt acceptable.
